Rotaract Deutschland eV coordinates the exchange between the German Rotaract clubs as an information committee. Rotaract Germany’s topics include, for example, the coordination of an annual joint social project, the coordination of public relations, the creation of the members’ magazine or the development of an IT infrastructure. Each of the 15 German Rotaract districts is a member of Rotaract Germany . The clubs and all Rotaractors are represented in Rotaract Germany through their districts. According to its statutes, Rotaract Germany is based in Mainz and is politically neutral and non-denominational.
More About the RDK (Rotaract Germany Committee)
The Rotaract Germany Committee (RDK) is the board of Rotaract Germany and is made up of 15 district speakers, eight departments with their own subject areas, the Rotaract-Interact representative of the German Council of Governors (RIB-DGR) and the chair team. The district speakers represent all active clubs in their district in the RDK. The members of the departments are elected at the annual Rotaract Germany conference. They serve as contacts for Rotaract clubs throughout Germany and are always available to provide advice and support. There are currently eight departments.

Finance & Insurance: Control of Rotaract Germany’s finances and insurance
International: Networking with Rotaract abroad and representation at Rotaract Europe
Internal communication: promoting exchange between Rotaract clubs, coordinating knowledge management and supporting new members
IT development: development, provision and maintenance of IT systems and services
Public relations (PR): Coordination of Rotaract’s public relations work in Germany, maintenance of social media profiles and support of the clubs
Editorial team: Produces four issues of the members’ magazine “Rotaract NEWS” per year
Social: Contact person for all questions relating to social actions at Rotaract and coordinator of the federal social action
Support: Support with inquiries regarding websites, mail services and maintenance of member administration
The RDK chairmanship
The RDK is coordinated by the RDK chairperson, who organizes the year together with the appointed assessors and brings the departments and districts together.

The secretary supports the board in the organization and events of Rotaract Germany eV
Deputy Chairwoman: Annika Budde
The deputy chair supports the chair and coordinates the work of Rotaract Deutschland eV with him
RIB-DGR: Ulrich Heucken (m.)
With Rotaract and Interact, the RIB-DGR in the German Council of Governors looks after Rotary’s youth organizations and acts as a liaison point.

Chairwoman: Neele Kühl
The chairman represents Rotaract Germany externally and to Rotary, prepares the meetings of the Rotaract Germany Committee and organizes the Rotaract Germany Conference.
